I normally don’t leave reviews, but today I felt the need to share my experience because I was very disappointed with the consultation I witnessed. The consultation rate was listed as $40 per hour, which seemed reasonable. We arrived on time for the appointment, and the lawyer arrived about three minutes late. Normally, that would not be a big issue. However, the way the consultation itself was handled was very disappointing. The entire meeting only lasted about 15 minutes. During that time, there was very little effort to truly understand the situation or ask meaningful questions. Instead of taking the time to listen, explain the legal process, or guide us through possible options, the conversation felt rushed from the start. Many people walk into a lawyer’s office feeling stressed, confused, and unsure of where to begin. A consultation should be a moment where someone can at least gain some clarity and direction. Unfortunately, that did not happen here. Within a very short time, the conversation jumped straight to quoting a legal fee of $10,000 without much explanation or discussion beforehand. I completely understand that legal services can be expensive and that lawyers deserve to be compensated for their work. However, when someone pays for a consultation, there should be some genuine effort to listen, explain, and help the client understand their situation. Fifteen minutes did not feel like enough time for a proper consultation, especially when most of that time felt rushed. What made the experience more disappointing was the lack of courtesy and empathy. People usually seek legal advice when they are already going through difficult or stressful situations. They are looking for guidance and understanding of their rights and options. This experience took place in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, and it left me feeling discouraged. It felt more like a quick transaction than a genuine attempt to help someone understand their legal situation. Where I come from, I have seen lawyers take the time to explain things clearly and help people understand their options before discussing large legal fees. That kind of professionalism and care can make a huge difference for someone who is already struggling. When people seek legal help, they are often in a vulnerable position. The least they deserve during a consultation is patience, explanation, and respect for their situation.

Todd and his team are nothing short of amazing. Their dedication, genuine care, professionalism, and efficient work has truly been such a huge blessing to me. Thank you is an understatement, I wish there was another word to express my gratitude. Todd and his team are truly, truly, the best. God forbid you ever need legal representation but this is definitely the place to go. You can feel at ease knowing that you will be in the best hands surrounded by support and guidance.
