It was a scary proposition to seek legal advice for potentially filing bankruptcy. However when I met the team at Rothschild & Ausbrooks, they were so warm and welcoming. It was obvious to me they had a great deal of experience, and knowledge about the process, and what I needed to consider. I felt relieved when I left there the first time.
When I left there after my hearing with the Trustee, I thought, what a great service they are providing for our community. There are times when we just are not able to keep all the balls in the air with creditors, and especially after a medical situation that the providers won't accept payment of what we can actually afford to prevent it from going to collections. Reorganizing my debt was the best option for me. Thank you again for the support.
