When I first received the letter offering me to engage The Firm to get a refund of about $10,000 in taxes that was assessed in one of the houses I sold I was skeptical. I called and that phone call 5 minute phone call led to $10,000 being refunded to me from the state for improperly taking taxes I did not know they couldn't take it was some sort of transfer tax Ryan has been doing this for quite a while is how helped about 50,000 people. I give him five stars that I did nothing but fill out a simple form my wife and I signed it and literally a few weeks later as he explained we received a check for 2/3 of the $10,000 and it was money we've never expected to get back and was a completely surprised by the correspondence from Ryan's firm. I'm an attorney and I didn't even know this is available he was amazing I would recommend everybody he explained what was going to happen and it happened exactly like it if I can give him 30 Stars I would give him that

When I called, Ryan took the time to explain the entire process and answered all of my questions. Since I wasn't asked to provide any sensitive personal information upfront, I figured I had nothing to lose by pursuing a refund I didn't even know I was entitled to. It's now been several months since I received my refund check from the state, and I intentionally waited to write this review to make sure there were no issues after everything was finalized. I'm happy to say the process went exactly as Ryan explained. Ryan and his team were professional, transparent, and easy to work with from start to finish. They kept me informed throughout the process and clearly explained why I was eligible for the refund in the first place.
