Very rude. When I called they requested a bunch of information on the phone. When i asked why they got an attitude with me. Said "they would grun the information about by their lawyers." Then while I was at work they left a voice message on my phone saying "conflict with the lawyers schedules" but anyone who cant probably call to talk to a person or see them i dont...
