As a result of their delays, our funds were not released until a full week after closing, which is unacceptable and caused unnecessary stress. Myself and the law firm representing us had to chase them repeatedly for basic information.
A real estate law firm should be efficient and responsive—this one was neither. I would strongly caution others considering using them.
