Update 2: They sent me a document at end of day, telling me to sign it by end of day. Moreover, the document listed the wrong court (Oakland instead of Wayne County). What incompetence... Update: As proof as to their vindictive nature, they removed my access to all communications and documents. I will be filing a complaint with the State Bar. They deserve it.
Unfulfilled promise, other behavior such as charging me after the fact before a contract was signed and more. No, just another wheel in the cog: avoid. If you have self-worth and self-respect, go elsewhere. Kendra talks big at first to win your business but it becomes clear that she merely "gets along" with everyone in the system and goes through the paces to not ruffle anyone's feathers, instead of vehemently defending her client. Mr. Stelmock would do well if he fired her.
