James Kutten is the BEST. I had previously received bad advice regarding the filing of my tax returns. While researching tax attorneys, I stumbled across James Kutten. After talking with him, I knew he was the attorney for me. He didn’t try to sell me and there was no pressure, like most other attorneys I had called. Not only did he resolve my issue with the IRS conceding my case, he did it within 30 days (normally it takes a minimum of a year to resolve). His experience as council for the IRS and his connections within the IRS gives him the edge over any other tax attorney. If you need a tax attorney, James Kutten is your guy.
