Mr. Hamilton didn't show up to my first 2 court dates. The judge required him to show the next day after missing the 2nd court date. At that point he stated he wasn't ready. That he was collecting witnesses. Finally at the 4th court appearance he gave into the ADA and instead of getting time served, I got 90 days in PDC. I sat in the Forsyth County jail for...
Mr. Hamilton didn't show up to my first 2 court dates. The judge required him to show the next day after missing the 2nd court date. At that point he stated he wasn't ready. That he was collecting witnesses. Finally at the 4th court appearance he gave into the ADA and instead of getting time served, I got 90 days in PDC. I sat in the Forsyth County jail for 5 months because of him and I paid him. I understand I put myself there, but it wasn't necessary too sit there that long. Don't hire him.

I received Mr. Hugh Hamilton as an appointed attorney for an accusation I was accused of. I was afraid and nervous with the circumstances I faced. Mr. Hamilton was able to advise me of what was to come as well as what outcomes were to come if the plan weren't to work out. His knowledge of law as a previous prosecutor lead what would've lead into trial to a dismissal....

If i could rate it lower, i would. Mr. Hamilton needs to go back to law school. He wants my husband to take a domestic violence case to trial. And for me to get in front of a jury and lie and say that he never hit me. Just to get the charges dismissed on my husband. So he justified that it's ok to hit a woman if you ask...
If i could rate it lower, i would. Mr. Hamilton needs to go back to law school. He wants my husband to take a domestic violence case to trial. And for me to get in front of a jury and lie and say that he never hit me. Just to get the charges dismissed on my husband. So he justified that it's ok to hit a woman if you ask me. He needs God in his life just like most of forsyth county. And if he can't win a case by not coercing someone to lie, then he needs to reevaluate the field of work he is in.
