In retrospect, and after consulting with others since my case, I feel I did not receive the financial protection, strategic guidance, or realistic expectations I anticipated from this firm. The consult I received regarding relocation lacked clear direction, and the errors that followed contributed to inflated costs for the firm while leaving me questioning myself and feeling that my best financial interests were not prioritized. When I raised concerns, the owner’s dismissive tone only reinforced that sense of uncertainty. I was also unsettled when the firm’s owner’s husband became involved in my case, especially since I was billed for his participation. Given the relationship and added cost, it was unclear to me whether this additional layer of counsel was necessary. After investing more than I could afford, I was ultimately advised to discontinue pursuing my case because the opposing side’s strategy made success unlikely — something I would have expected clearer guidance on at the outset, especially given what they shared about their experience in family law. This resulted in significant financial strain—resources that would have been far better used as a nest egg for myself and my newly born daughter. I’m sharing this now to help others ensure they fully understand their rights, the realistic viability of their case, and the level of support they can expect before seeking representation with this firm.

After going through a messy divorce roughly about 7 years ago with a terrible lawyer I had to go back to court for numerous reasons with my ex wife. Erin and her associates took on challenge after challenge because of sloppy work done by my previous lawyer. I’m sharing this so others don’t repeat my mistake. Please, think twice before working with this firm. If you are looking for real support, dedication, and professionalism, you will not find it here. I trusted this firm when I was vulnerable, recovering from surgeries and fighting alone. They charged me a huge amount, did almost nothing for my case, showed zero preparation and I lost a simple case because of their lack of work. And even after a year of surgeries, stress, and no income, they still want more money from me. Instead of protecting me during a very stressful time, they only added more stress, anxiety, and financial pressure. I strongly regret choosing this firm.
