Communication with this firm was extremely lacking. We were charged extra to sign closing papers at two different times as closing was expected to occur occur on March 14. Closing did not occur until March 19. Our agent had to contact the firm several times with no response and placing us out of the contract period.
Our agent ultimately had to contact the buyers agent to verify when closing would occur.
