I was already a convicted felon, out on bond for another felony in 2022 then I violated my bond with another very serious felony charge punishable by life in 2023. Richard was already representing me on my F22 case, so I retained him for the new F23 case as well, and he got straight to work. Everyone thought there was no way I was coming home on bond or house arrest unless I beat one of my two cases. I was technically COOKED. I spent 59 days in Metro West, and Richard managed to get me released on house arrest! That was legendary.. if you know you know The bottom of my sentencing guidelines scored out to 355 months. The State offered me a 30🏀 During the 3 years and 8 months I spent on house arrest, the prosecutor made only that one offer and then started screaming TRIAL. Richard never bent or folded.
