My wife and I updated our estate plan using Rains Law Firm. Brandon and his staff were friendly ad professional. They listened to our needs and tailored an estate plan my family will easily follow. We got great service and assurance our heirs will have the documents they need to navigate our estate.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and organization. I had an appointment with Brandon on 03/13, but the address in the email invite was different from the one on Google. I tried calling multiple times, but I was always directed to a voicemail that is never returned. After gpign to the locaiton in email and found no one there then went to the 'new' location myself from google and...
Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and organization. I had an appointment with Brandon on 03/13, but the address in the email invite was different from the one on Google. I tried calling multiple times, but I was always directed to a voicemail that is never returned. After gpign to the locaiton in email and found no one there then went to the 'new' location myself from google and waiting in the reception area for an hour, no one ever showed up. Very unprofessional and a complete waste of time

Brandon and his team were fantastic! He explained each step of the process in a non-intimidating manner, was able to answer all our questions thoroughly. The entire process was smooth, and we felt comfortable with our decisions being in such competent hands. In what could be a scary process, we actually enjoyed it and feel security.
