The documents were prepared in a timely manner, and the constant communication as to where they were in the process was flawless! Steve listened to what we had to say, our concerns, and what we desired to have in our estate plan. Steve also advised us on what we needed to do with out-of-state properties we own. We now feel everything is set with our wills and estate plan. We also feel we have an attorney we can call in the future for guidance.

I hired Zakrocki law firm to assist me with creating a will. They were more than thorough in creating my will! They informed me of things that I hadn't thought about such as my living will, descendant considerations and what should not be considered in the will. Once completed, I received a short video email outlining the various sections of the email that was explained in simple terms and when I went to their office to get my will, they provided a well organized binder with sectional tabs, a usb drive with the will electronically on it as well as a secondary copy to provide to my family for their safe keeping. I was very impressed with the efficiency, fast response time and the professionalism of everyone in that office! I highly recommend Zakrocki law firm for and legal matters that you will need assistance with!

We decided to use the Zakrocki law firm to review our estate planning documents because of our previous experience with Steve.
Steve rewrote our family trust and wills revising them to reflect the changes in the laws and simplifying the other corresponding documents such as living wills and health surrogate.
Steve was very professional and took care of all of our needs.
