Regrettably, my overall impression of the firm can be succinctly summed up as a resounding "hard pass." In my experience, Thompson LLP, including Ben himself, exhibited a notable deficiency in the requisite expertise, experience, and support necessary to effectively guide us through this uncomplicated fundraising endeavor. Throughout our engagement, the firm consistently demonstrated an unfortunate propensity for protracted delays in document preparation during pivotal junctures, consistently lagging behind the necessary timelines. Furthermore, a particularly frustrating incident occurred when Ben Thompson unexpectedly embarked on vacation without any prior notification, leaving us in a lurch during critical phases of our fundraising efforts. Overall, my experience with Thompson LLP and Ben Thompson was marked by inefficiency, a lack of timely support, and an unexpected absence at a crucial moment, all of which significantly hindered our fundraising process.
