1/2 While I have nothing negative to report on Adriana Toscano herself, I would like to leave a professional review for Sarah Elizabeth Smith who is an associate attorney with this firm. Sarah E Smith does not represent me, but unfortunately represents my daughter’s biological father in all of our proceedings. It has now been three years, and my daughter is only two years old. We have been in litigation before my daughter was even born. Since her conception, I have done everything to foster a relationship with my daughter, and her biological father. Yet, I have grown disgusted, and angry in the manner of which Sarah Smith handles litigation. I have offered her client a total of 9 settlement agreements , 8 of 9 that would grant him generous and fair access to our shared child, holidays, birthdays, international travel, family bonding unsupervised and with therapeutic support for us to co-parent in a healthy way for the benefit of our shared child. In June of 2025, my daughters bio father and I spoke for the first time in three years (we have never had a conversation since her birth) and our conversation went exceptionally well with us creating our own settlement agreement. I kid you not, within the first ten minutes, we agreed on ALL major issues, or what we perceived as issues that were prior declined by the respondents attorney Sarah Smith.we made this settlement agreement ourselves with our own thoughts and opinions about a shared we created, that I’m raising, and a child he has never met- in one conversation in three years while litigation has remained highly contentious. We remained on the phone for an additional 5 hours, just speaking and allowing my daughter to speak to him as well. Overall, the conversation was rather pleasant, especially for two people who have not said a word to one another in 3 years but have constantly had volatile outburst in court, and even in criminal litigation. During this 5 hour conversation, I asked ny co-parent to refrain from telling his attorney about our settlement until my private attorney drafted our settlement so that we could just sign it and be done, because I was soo positive Sarah Smith would cause conflict between us the second she learned we spoke, and created our own settlement agreement. He promised not to tell her, but did so anyhow. 24 hours later, we were back at square 1, arguing and no longer had a settlement agreement, why? He told his attorney Sarah Smith, and she did exactly what I said- frustrated litigation. She changed stipulation he and I created with each other to make them unreasonable, short, lacking context, didn’t provide sufficient time for me and my household, and even changed stipulations that my attorney and I learned that my co-parent never even gave her permission to change. We still have not settled. Throughout litigation, Sarah has engaged in unethical conduct violating a court order address confidentiality agreement where I my address or any residence was ordered to be kept confidential. Sarah Elizabeth Smith is on an AXON police body camera via telephone disclosing my residential address to her client (this incident occurred months before he and I spoke ) — Sarah, a week later, on record asked me to remove redactions on my address “promising not to give my address to her client,” so I could disclose my own address to her via email, to cover her tracks for searching my address online or through the courts and giving it to her client. At the time of this proceeding, I was unaware that the body camera footage existed, or that Sarah had already breached address confidentiality— the detective in that state called me in fear that I was in danger, reporting his officer felt compelled to tell him about the interaction with my coparent and his attorney disclosing my address when it was supposed to be kept confidential. 1/2 see image for the rest of this comment
I cannot recommend Andriana Toscano, Esq. highly enough. She brings a rare combination of professionalism, compassion, and sharp legal insight to her work. From our very first conversation, I felt like I was in exceptionally capable hands. She listened carefully, explained my options clearly, and advocated for me with both strength and empathy.
