Very disappointing experience from the very first phone call. I simply wanted to confirm whether the attorney handles adjustment of status interview representation and whether she was available on July 17. I was not asking for free legal advice—just a basic administrative question. Instead, the receptionist insisted that I had to pay a $250 consultation fee just to get that answer. I understand charging for legal advice, but refusing to...
Very disappointing experience from the very first phone call. I simply wanted to confirm whether the attorney handles adjustment of status interview representation and whether she was available on July 17. I was not asking for free legal advice—just a basic administrative question. Instead, the receptionist insisted that I had to pay a $250 consultation fee just to get that answer. I understand charging for legal advice, but refusing to answer a simple scheduling and availability question shows a complete lack of common sense and customer service. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
