Total crap! I spoke with Brenda Velde a month ago and she had all the information needed to move forward on my case to protect my mother who had dementia. We even agreed on the retainer. I haven’t heard from her since! I called the office several times asking for her and all they would do is take a message. Not a single call was returned. Meanwhile time has been...
Total crap! I spoke with Brenda Velde a month ago and she had all the information needed to move forward on my case to protect my mother who had dementia. We even agreed on the retainer. I haven’t heard from her since! I called the office several times asking for her and all they would do is take a message. Not a single call was returned. Meanwhile time has been wasting away on a critical civil issue. She didn’t even bother to return one single call to inform me that she isn’t moving forward with my case. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable.
