I can't thank the team at wayerskizmolek for all the work they have done to get my surgery approved and time loss benefits and also a disability pension for my work injury, they have done far more than I was expecting, I highly recommend them,they went above and beyond what I expected. I hired them years ago to help fight for me when I had a work injury. They did absolutely nothing for me. I hired them years ago to help fight for me when I had a work injury. They did absolutely nothing for me. I finally had to walk away from my job WITH my work injury still and without any resolution and go pay for my back surgery from my work injury on my own.
Fast forward a decade and my son also has a work injury requiring help and that requires a back surgery. this firm did nothing to fight for him, help with lost wages or to even make sure he gets the medical he needs to heal. They wanted him to settle. Wayerski offered nothing more than L&I had already offered as they tried to get my son to sign off and go away. My son had not even received the medical help at this point to get better. Wayerski just wanted my son to sign the forms and allow them to take a portion of the pinch of money offered my son from L&I. Lazy and did not want to work for anything.
My son is now in the emergency room as I write this. He can not walk or dress without assistance and is in a lot of pain. Today I spoke with a real law firm that will fight for him to get the help and treatment he deserves. No thanks to Wayerski!!!
Stay away from them if you want actual help!
