Weeks Law Firm

I hired Weeks Law Firm to handle my estate planning and, unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. I submitted all of my required documents over three months ago and have yet to have a meaningful conversation with the attorney handling my case. Every communication has been through a secretary or administrative staff member. During this time, my appointments have been rescheduled four separate times. Most recently, I was told that if I wanted a face-to-face meeting with the attorney, I would need to wait until September or October. Considering that I retained the firm months ago and paid a substantial fee of approximately $7,000, this level of service is difficult to understand and accept. What concerns me most is the lack of communication and accountability. Estate planning is an important legal matter that requires timely attention, yet I have been left waiting for months without any direct contact from the attorney. I have retained emails, correspondence, and supporting documentation that clearly show the timeline of my communications, the repeated rescheduling of appointments, and my attempts to move this matter forward. Based on my personal experience, I would strongly encourage anyone considering this firm to carefully evaluate their options before committing. Clients deserve responsive communication, respect for their time, and access to the attorney they hired. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.
