This law firm, and attorney Mark Meyer in particular, were extremely incompetent. My experience was very frustrating from start to finish. Communication was very poor, and important information was never shared proactively. I constantly had to chase him down just to get basic answers. There was little to no explanation of the legal process, and I always felt rushed to accept the lowest settlement possible. Fees that were charged later were never clearly discussed upfront. It felt like this firm was more focused on getting paid quickly than actually fighting for their clients.
I strongly recommend doing thorough research before hiring this law firm or Mark Meyer. He was rarely prepared and often unable or unwilling to answer questions clearly.
