Welcome to Gary C. Zeitz, LLC, where due process goes to die and equity gets vaporized faster than your chance at a fair hearing.
These folks helped take my New Jersey home — worth around $450,000 — over a $50,000 tax debt. Instead of accepting repayment (which I had secured), they proceeded to pocket the entire value of the home, as if the Constitution was just a vague suggestion.
I’m now suing them in federal court for violating the Takings Clause of the Fifth Amendment. Yes, that Fifth Amendment — the one that’s been around since 1791, which they apparently skipped in law school.
Case reference:
Kemp v. Pro Cap 4 LLC, et al, 1:25-cv-02174-ESK-SAK
If you like your law firms with a side of constitutional amnesia and foreclosure tactics that would make Scrooge blush, you’ve found the one. Just don’t expect fairness, ethics, or a refund.
Bottom line: They didn’t just break the rules — they acted like they wrote their own playbook. Now it’s time to see what federal court thinks of it.
⭐ Would rate negative stars if I could.
