She never sold me false hope or made unrealistic promises — she guided me through the process with professionalism and compassion. Before working with her, I struggled to feel heard in court, but she helped me become more comfortable speaking with the judge and I truly felt like my voice was finally being heard.
Melissa was always involved in my case, answered all of my questions, and made me feel supported every step of the way. I could genuinely tell she cared about both me and my child, which meant so much to me.
