I wired over $500,000 directly to Joseph Ziccardi's office and it was placed in his client's trust account. These funds were to be used for the purpose of rehabbing real estate. After over a year and a half, no work has been completed on the subject properties. Joseph Ziccardi refuses to account for what he did with my funds or return them to me. He refuses any communication at all....
I wired over $500,000 directly to Joseph Ziccardi's office and it was placed in his client's trust account. These funds were to be used for the purpose of rehabbing real estate. After over a year and a half, no work has been completed on the subject properties. Joseph Ziccardi refuses to account for what he did with my funds or return them to me. He refuses any communication at all. Joseph Ziccardi prepared the documents for these transactions and never recorded them with the county, which he also refuses to account for.

In August 2024 I wired $200,000 into Joseph Ziccardi's client's IOLTA trust account for the sole purpose of purchasing and rehabbing 2 properties (per the documents he drafted). The client never rehabbed the properties and now Ziccardi will not return the funds to me, and will not account what has happened to the funds.
