Horrible Service! I do NOT recommend this attorney or any of her assistants! My experience with this law firm was extremely disappointing. It seems like their only priority is collecting payments. While you’re making payments, they are very attentive, but once you’ve paid in full, communication practically disappears. They never have updates on your case, fail to follow up, and even change your case representative without notifying you. My husband had to leave the country during his immigration process, and while he was abroad, he needed an important document and additional assistance. We repeatedly tried to reach out for help, but we never received a response or the support we needed. If it had been up to them, my husband would still be stuck outside the country. What makes this even more frustrating is that when my husband finally returned, they didn’t even have the courtesy to call, check on him, or follow up on his case. This shows a complete lack of professionalism, communication, and commitment to their clients. We are talking about legal matters that directly affect people’s lives and families. The very least you should expect from an attorney is responsibility, honesty, and proper communication. An absolutely horrible experience from beginning to end. I would NEVER recommend this law firm to anyone!
