I thought a private road maintenance situation was much more complicated than it actually was based on guidance from my bank and my misunderstanding of some Road Maintenance Agreement verbiage. I sought Alex's services and he patiently explained the facts. I am so thankful that he didn't take advantage of me and charge me (and my neighbors) money that we didn't need to waste.
