I am posting this as a home seller who had to deal with this firm regarding a Release of Lien. Our case was legally settled and paid in full back in 2024 through a formal Settlement Agreement. Per the agreement, a Release of Lien was supposed to be filed upon receipt of payment. However, when selling my home in June of this year, I discovered the active lien was still showing in county records.
When contacted, Ms. Allen replied 'I will' via email on June 24th 2026, but subsequently provided no further updates despite urgent follow-ups from both myself and my title company before closing. Because of these severe communication and responsiveness delays, my home closing was directly impacted and resulted in required escrow withholdings. Highly unprofessional communication.
