Their services were retained to compel enforcement of zoning laws. I provided a letter documenting the violations and citing all of the relevant laws being violated. My entire retainer was spent on one letter that summarized what I provided and added nothing else. This letter and violations are being ignored. I was informed by council that enforcement is at the towns discretion and they would not be pursuing the issue....
Their services were retained to compel enforcement of zoning laws. I provided a letter documenting the violations and citing all of the relevant laws being violated. My entire retainer was spent on one letter that summarized what I provided and added nothing else. This letter and violations are being ignored. I was informed by council that enforcement is at the towns discretion and they would not be pursuing the issue. Archepeligo then provided me with the option to proceed with further letters to the town for thousands of dollars a piece. Retaining the services of Archepeligo Law Firm has been a huge waste of time and money.
