Attorney Arsenault, is beyond his years when it comes to his expertise in knowing the law; combined with his high level of emotional intelligence which his clients appreciate; also, highly educated and experienced. If ever in need of an excellent family law attorney, Nick's the man!!!! This is a sequel to my first review. Nick gave an amazing speech at the Wakefield Alliance Against Violence which he's been an active advocate. His speech was very informative, perfectly articulated and spoke from heart. It's obvious Nick is a natural when it comes to public speaking; well articulated. WAAV is such a great cause and no better spokes person than Nick. When you have chance listen for yourself and I'm sure you'll be wowed by his performance as I was. Just yesterday, my wife and I met with Nick discussing details of the divorce process. I can speak first hand, Nick knows his stuff. This initial consultation lasted about 40 minutes. I was never so impressed with an attorney as I was with Nick. If I was his professor I would of graded him an A+++

A family member of mine referred me to Nick of Arsenalt Law. I'm hesitant to go into great detail regarding the reasons for my divorce, but like any divorce, it was a nightmare. I've never had to hire an attorney before, let alone a divorce attorney. And I knew nothing about the divorce process, here in MA. Needless to say, it was awful. When Nick and I first spoke, I could tell right away he was a very competent lawyer. Very professional, but personable at the same time. The guy literally held my stubborn hand through the process and I thank God that he did because now I can see it was clearly worth it. He knew exactly what he was doing. All I had to do was listen to him and do what he suggested. Now that the divorce has been finalized I have a much better understanding of how divorce works in MA. If you're man, you've better get yourself a good attorney. I didn't realized that in the beginning, but I was damn lucky to have Nick. Damn lucky. Like I mentioned, I was a stubborn ass, but Nick patiently walked me through the divorce, week by week, month by month. I reluctantly did everything he told me to. As it turned out, I was smart to listen because it paid off in the end. I would not be writing this review if it didn't. Nick knows the law. He knows how to negotiate with an opposing counsel. He understands exactly what must be done in order to protect his client and he's very patient. The most impressive part of Nick's work for me was that regardless of how busy he may be at any time,, he was always up to date with my stuff and always prepared. He stayed ahead of the ball and never missed a beat. I would highly recommend Nick Arsenalt to any man facing a divorce. If you happen to hire Nick, do yourself a huge favor and just do what he suggests. I'm gad I did. Good luck.
