Throughout the process, I really appreciated how engaged, responsive, and solution-oriented everyone was. It made a big difference to know that we were all working together, coordinating with each other and with the different parties involved to keep things moving.
I also want to especially recognize the effort that went into making both closings happen within the timeframe we had, particularly with the appraisal expiration approaching. I know that required extra coordination and adjustments on your end, and I truly appreciate the willingness to push things forward and make it work.
