Nick helped my wife and me with our wills and trusts, helped us setup an LLC and a few other family law legal matters. We recently moved out of state and we have gone through a rough spot. My S/O called Nick for advice on how to protect herself. Even though he represented both of us and isn't supposed to give legal advice to one of us that could hurt...
Nick helped my wife and me with our wills and trusts, helped us setup an LLC and a few other family law legal matters. We recently moved out of state and we have gone through a rough spot. My S/O called Nick for advice on how to protect herself. Even though he represented both of us and isn't supposed to give legal advice to one of us that could hurt the other my understanding, or what I am being told, is that he did advise, give her legal advice, which I believe is unethical. I do not have 100% proof this happened. I am going by what my S/O told me and I am also suspicious because I feel I was misled by Nick's paralegal and, it doesn't seem like Nick gave me the whole truth when I asked him directly, if what I am being told by my S/O is true. I am in one of those situations where my trust in Nick, and his paralegal, is gone and I would never use him again. I fully understand that I may not be 100% in the right here but I also do not think I am anywhere close to 100% wrong.
