I had a unique case that sounds different than most of the reviews left for Mr. Goodman previously. We bought a used car from a dealership but they failed to disclose to us that it had a lemon branded title. Mr. Goodman doggedly pursued this matter for over a year with the dealership and got us a satisfactory outcome (money back in line with the true value of the car given it was a lemon buyback). Of course we wished things had happened more quickly, but I understand that these processes take some time. I wish communication from Mr. Goodman were a bit more proactive at times, but overall we are very happy with the outcome, would work with him again if needed, and would happily recommend him to friends.
