Rob Hadden assisted us in a nursing home abuse case for serious, life-threatening neglect of my mother. Rob was personable, compassionate, professional, responded quickly each time I reached out, and he was a true blessing to our family. My mother and father felt confident and comfortable with him, as did I. My parents were so happy with the result, especially since it was settled fairly without having to go through a law suit in court. I should also mention that the Nursing Home's Insurance Company tried to downgrade the value of my mother's life due to her age, but Rob was persistent and obtained the amount agreed upon with my mom.
