I wish 0 stars was an option. From the beginning I knew something was wrong with this establishment when they sent me another clients contract to sign but I needed to move forward quickly so when I received the correct contract I put a $1500 retainer fee down which was to include a demand letter and preparation for court if needed. After a week of not hearing anything I had to go to the establishment to see what was going on. I was told Sofia has other cases (which I understand) and that she would get back to me I said ok and finally heard something from her that afternoon (Convenient). After the demand letter was sent she informed of things and when I asked for proof of what she was saying she said she would provide it and never did and after back in forth with the person I have a complaint against Sofia decided to not move forward with the case even though I told her everything up front. The research she mentioned doing included talking with someone else at the firm and speaking to the person I have a complaint against and reviewing a statute that I asked to be provided and never received and that’s about it. Including the demand letter I’m looking at total bill for $800-$900 and not getting my issue resolved.
