⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough about attorney Kent Riesen and the dedication he has shown to me and my family for more than 20 years. Kent represented me in Smith v. Summit, a Hollywood trademark matter that ultimately reached an amicable resolution. What impressed me most was the extraordinary amount of time, effort, and personal commitment he put into representing my interests. This was not an attorney who simply sat behind a desk and made phone calls. Kent went above and beyond the call of duty. During the course of the case, his work took him across the country. He traveled to Los Angeles to meet with Summit Entertainment, went to Google headquarters, and ultimately to CD Baby, taking depositions and pursuing the information necessary to properly represent me and bring the matter toward a resolution.
