We worked with Landform when we were considering buying some land in Maine to build a small get-away. Kate and the rest of the team were just great. They were easy to work with, quick to understand the issues and concerns we had, and the concerns and issues that we ought to have had.
We did all our work by video link, and the communication was fluid and clear. They knew the law as well as other practical matters as well, like, for example, the cost of building a small road.
We were very naive at the start and their help made the whole process much easier. For the little money we spent with them, it was worth every cent.
