Eugene Riccio refuses to confirm the safety of his client S despite the fact S is under conservator Kristan Exner who the grievance committee (that Riccio recently retired from) found probable cause she’s engaged in misconduct and self-dealing. Because Riccio cannot confirm S is safe with a woman who’s left multiple clients homeless and bled their bank accounts dry, it can only be assumed he’s complicit and cannot be trusted...

Because Riccio cannot confirm S is safe with a woman who’s left multiple clients homeless and bled their bank accounts dry, it can only be assumed he’s complicit and cannot be trusted to protect his clients.
