I would not recommend anyone to use this attorney’s office for any reason. In 2022 I was advised by a friend to file a chapter 13 bankruptcy and to use this office. Boy was she wrong. I filed my case and then due to a creditor whom they worked diligently with to make this case impossible to manage by raising fees egregiously in an attempt to get more money out of me I suffered tremendously!! Needless to say they were extremely successful in sabatoging my case and ultimately working with and helping the trustee and creditor dismiss my case in 2026 causing me to pay $20,640 to a creditor who didn’t even deserve it and causing me extreme stress and multiple loses!! Upon the dismissal of the chapter 13 case in 2/2026. I asked the attorney would he file a chapter 7 to help me and after over a week waiting on a response he suggested I pay him $900 upfront knowing I wasn’t able to and not even caring about my well being or any stress I had endured after all the heartache and money I lost in the chp 13 case which by the way was added onto my credit report as two separate cases when it should’ve just been converted. So if you need distress during bankruptcy call them, but if you need relief keep searching! They were truly one of the worst choices I’ve ever made in choosing help in time of financial distress. Please don’t become one of their victims too!! If I could give them no stars it would be too much!!
