Extremely disappointed with the service provided by this firm. Communication was a major issue throughout my time with them, and I ultimately had to go elsewhere to get my legal matters resolved. I would not recommend their services.

My wife hired Joshua Brown in January 2025 for our custody case, which finally went to court in the summer of 2025. After waiting six months with no decision, I reached out in December 2025 for a routine status update. In response, Mr. Brown explicitly stated he would no longer communicate with me. My wife hired Joshua Brown in January 2025 for our custody case, which finally went to court in the summer of 2025. After waiting six months with no decision, I reached out in December 2025 for a routine status update. In response, Mr. Brown explicitly stated he would no longer communicate with me. Following that, there was zero communication or progress from this law firm from January to June 2026, leaving our case pending and neglected a full year after our hearing. We officially terminated his services today. Once this firm collects your money, you are placed on the back burner. Look elsewhere for representation.
7-7-26: After officially terminating his services in June 2026, we finally got our answers! Firing him was the best decision we could have made, and we only wish we had done it six months ago.

PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO NOT USE THIS LAW OFFICE. THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TO ANUTHING, THEY DO THE ABSOLUTE BARE MINIMUM TO HELP AND THEN REQUEST MORE MONEY. I literally would have to call the courts myself to see what is going on. Especially Jeanne smith, I don’t even understand how she is an attorney. I fired them mid case and hired another attorney because these people straight up do not care. Save yourself the money and call a different attorney. Once you hire these people you might hear back from them literally once a week. It took them 13 days to even get a protective order to be seen by a judge. I had probably 4 meet ups with the police and never could get Jeanne to respond when the time was urgent.

Do not recommend Mark McKinney or his paralegal. They did an absolute horrible job. I hired them for a divorce case and they did not communicate well at all. They were over 2 months late for Turing in paperwork which got me in trouble 2 times. They had no excuse or offered an apologies. Tried reaching out to them multiple times and got no response.
