He did not object to anything you let allegations that previously been dismissed by another judge go through to the end, and be determined that occurred. terrible experience currently filing motions, pro se, because Mr. Murden decided to take opposing counsel and the mother of my child side in the matter. He did not object to anything you let allegations that previously been dismissed by another judge go through to the end, and be determined that occurred. He refused to file a re-hearing or reserve appeal process on my behalf. And they told me if I continue to pay him he will let me see my daughter because of him I was ordered not be able to see or speak to for 2 years. I will provide an update after the Florida bar is done with their investigation.

I do not recommend them, little to no communication. I always had to reach out and then was dismissed or felt like it was an automated email response. All they did was process my timeshare into foreclosure (so I paid them for that), then I get a bill for taxes for the timeshare! It was a waste of money to contact them.

Success in the court room is truly based on the person that is representing you. With Markus I felt like I was truly being heard and all my concerns were just as important to him as they were to me. I knew that he had my best interest at heart and that he would do his best to help me in my situation. He successfully assisted me in criminal court and is still helping me through a very contested and messy divorce. I trust in Markus to fight for me and expose the facts in my case while remaining professional and cordial when mediating with a much less respectable opposite counsel. Markus is very responsive and always gets back to me whenever I ask something, even if afterhours or last minute inquiries. I am very happy and grateful for his services and I highly recommend him to anyone that is in the middle of some serious allegations or messy divorces.
