Jack and his entire staff are very unprofessional and incompetent with bookkeeping. I had to contact the Florida Bar about the bookeeping before his office finally stopped claiming that i owed them money.

Jack was nice but his staff was incompetent. Typos every time. Did not perform tasks in a timely manner. Very unprofessional. Office manager spoke poorly of me when she thought the phone hung up. I heard everything and on top of that her information about me was incorrect. High turnover with staff and every new hire was even worse. It made my divorce even harder. I would not recommend their...

Update: 2024 and they are STILL sending me overdue invoices. When I finally got someone to answer the phone, they informed they switched systems and have no record of me ever paying. Update: 2024 and they are STILL sending me overdue invoices. When I finally got someone to answer the phone, they informed they switched systems and have no record of me ever paying. So because you all switched systems and lost your data, you now feel you have the right to go back and charge people a second time?!
Had a parental plan drafted up back in 2019, paid all the fees up front. Here we are 2023 and I am continuously receiving emails from them stating I have an overdue balance of $420. I have called and emailed the office NUMEROUS times to figure out what is going on but they never reply to my emails or voicemails and nobody ever answers the phone no matter what day or time I call.

I hired them for a postnuptial agreement and paid everything upfront. Weeks later, I received a draft with incorrect names, wrong data, and many other errors. This was such a bad experience - and there is no chance of getting a refund. The only time I got a response was when I said I would go to the bar association and report Mr. Pugh. The draft that followed was the same—bad and full of errors. It was really just a joke. I couldn’t believe what I was dealing with here. I didn’t report him, but I really should have. He really shouldn’t be doing what he’s doing—absolutely unprofessional.
To whoever reads this, I encourage you to go somewhere else. Any support you seek will likely be far better than what this law office provides. This is close to being a scam! Beware!
