I retained Ross Legal Group to handle a significant insurance claim and expected aggressive representation, thorough preparation, and consistent communication. Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite. After months of representation, I was extremely disappointed with the lack of progress and preparation in my case. I found out that my case had barely progressed at all after over a year. What has been particularly frustrating is that after my concerns about the representation, Ross Legal indicated that they no longer wanted to continue representing me while also indicating that they may pursue a lien for fees and costs. From my perspective, that has made an already difficult situation even more difficult. I hired an attorney because I needed someone to protect my interests and aggressively pursue my claim. Instead, I ended up extremely disappointed with the level of work and preparation I received and concerned about the impact that has had on my case. I would strongly recommend that no one hire this firm. This review reflects my personal experience and my serious dissatisfaction with the representation I received.
