Never got back to me. No acknowledgement, nothing. Can’t imagine poor communication is a trait anyone wants in their attorney.

They don’t respond. Reached out about representation, no one ever followed up. If they’re not eager for your business, they’ll probably be less responsive when they have your money. Poor communication—not a trait you want in a law firm.
