Wow! What I needed was already stressful and scary but Russell and Gretchen handled it so perfectly! Mostly Gretchen, I cannot thank her enough for how smooth she made the process. She stayed in constant communication with me and made sure I understood everything! She did all of this while dealing with her own personal situations and being sick! Great at first and then dropped the ball on the rest! So many mistakes, so many unanswered messages, calls, and questions. Mr. Skousen himself was great but his staff needs to be more attentive.

I contacted them to do work for me, and was initially told they would be available to do so, and would set up an appointment with me shortly.
